Thank you for enrolling at Fig Tree Pediatrics!

We're excited to care for your family. 

Some items you should note as you go through the enrollment process (I promise, it’s not long or cumbersome):

• Enrollment is managed through a service called Sigma MD. You’ll use the SigmaMD app to schedule appointments, access your child’s records and most importantly - to contact us!

• Your first month's payment will be charged upon enrollment.

• Please start enrollment with your own information (you will not be charged as a member) - then add all children as members.

• Vaccines WILL be charged through insurance by our partner company Vaxcare, so please do enter your insurance information if your family has health insurance.

To ensure you receive important information about contacting Fig Tree Pediatrics and using your membership, please ensure emails @ fromfigtree.com don't go to your spam folder.

We are a membership-based, direct primary care model, which means
all of the following primary care services are included in your membership.
