About Fig Tree Pediatrics
Why Fig Tree?
Fig Tree Pediatrics represents the nurturing, supportive and inclusive pediatrics medicine and health care home that we have created. Just like a fig tree provides shelter and nourishment, we strive to create safe and caring relationships with families. The fig tree's deep roots and long life represent our commitment to providing steadfast and reliable care throughout childhood and adolescence, laying the foundations for a healthy future. Ultimately, Fig Tree Pediatrics embodies our values of complete, compassionate, reliable care ensuring that every child receives the support that they need to flourish.
May all children, in this land and everywhere,
Sit in safety under their vine and under their fig tree,
And may no one make them afraid.
Our Mission:
Fig Tree Pediatrics is on a mission to empower families with the tools, resources, and support necessary to make informed decisions for their child’s health. Through the direct primary care model, we are positioned to grow with your child and provide customized support for their unique needs from birth through adolescence!
Fig Tree Pediatrics’ purpose is to provide compassionate, holistic pediatric primary care with a focus on building long-term health, because every child deserves to thrive. We’re passionate about being present for our patients—and their parents—so that they feel less like numbers and more like the awesome people that they are. Our membership model gives families ample time with and access to their doctor to address each and every concern completely. Fig Tree Pediatrics is all about fostering connection, providing individualized care, and incorporating a holistic and integrative approach to meet families where they are and walk together into the future.

Dr. Ali Levine, MD FAAP
Welcome! I’m Dr. Ali Levine, MD - board-certified pediatrician, integrative practitioner, and proud mama to three amazing kiddos in Boulder, Colorado.
I started Fig Tree Pediatrics because I am passionate about fostering healthy, joyful lives for children and their families. I combine my medical expertise with a holistic approach to pediatrics - prioritizing patient centered, evidence based, wellness focused care. This integrative philosophy ensures that my patients receive comprehensive care that respects their individuality and nurtures their overall well-being. I’m deeply committed to building a supportive and inclusive community. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration to create a healthier world for our children.
In my personal time, you’ll find me on the trails with my family, reading, running, biking, skiing, cooking or working on a variety of creative and community projects. I’m also an artist at heart, finding joy and balance through creative expression.
At Fig Tree Pediatrics, every child is treated like family. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where parents and children feel heard, respected, and empowered. Dr. Kristen Kammerer, DO FAAP
We are thrilled to announce the newest member of the Fig Tree Pediatrics family - Dr. Kristen Kammerer!
As an experienced pediatrician and mom of two, I know that caring for children starts with caring for the whole family. I love building lasting relationships with parents and kids, and I feel honored to support families through every stage of childhood, from the newborn days through the teen and young adult years.
My path in pediatrics has taken me all over the country and around the world, caring for children in a wide range of communities and clinical settings. I’m a proud Air Force veteran, and I completed my pediatric training at Walter Reed Army Hospital and Bethesda Naval Medical Center. I’ve had the privilege of caring for families in Alaska, Texas, Japan, and Colorado, and those experiences have shaped a thoughtful, grounded approach to care that combines strong medical training with deep respect for the parent-child relationship. I prioritize bringing families thoughtful, up-to-date, relationship-based care.
My family and I can be found enjoying all the things Colorado life has to offer. I believe the best pediatric care grows out of trust, connection, and truly knowing the families I serve.
